Global Recognition: Safe Quality Food (SQF) is benchmarked by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). This makes it a widely accepted "gold standard" demanded by major supermarkets and global food distributors.
Supply Chain Coverage: It is the only program that applies to the entire food supply chain—from farms and packaging manufacturers to warehouses, logistics, and retail.
Risk Reduction: It goes beyond basic legal compliance, requiring strict traceability, continuous team training, and regular audits to prevent foodborne illness and costly recalls.
Why SQF?
The Organic “Guarantee”
USDA Organic” is the highest standard of “Certified Organic”. To legally label food as organic, a farm or business must pass rigorous inspections by a USDA-accredited agent to prove they follow federal organic regulations
The Guarantee: To carry the green and white USDA Organic seal, at least 95% of a product’s ingredients must be organically produced without the use of GMOs, synthetic fertilizers, or prohibited pesticides.
Grand Forks Grain is proud to hold official Kosher certification, reinforcing our commitment to premium ingredient standards and supply chain transparency.
Our certified milling facilities undergo rigorous third-party auditing to guarantee that our grains, processing aids, and machinery are certifiable.
By maintaining these strict quality controls, we provide our commercial partners and consumers with reliable, high-purity products they can trust implicitly."
Our Kosher Commitment
At Grand Forks Grain, safe, high-quality ingredients start with accountability. Our traceability system documents the movement of grain from trusted regional farms and sourcing partners through quality inspection, processing, packaging, and shipment.
